When a guest books a room, contacts a branch, or joins the mailing list, Brookville Hotels may collect a name, email address, phone number, and stay details such as arrival and departure dates.

2. How Information Is Used

Guest information is used to confirm and manage reservations, respond to enquiries, and — only where a guest has opted in — share news and offers by email.

3. Sharing of Information

Guest information is not sold to third parties. It may be shared with payment processors (Paystack) or booking-system providers only as required to complete a reservation.

4. Data Retention

Booking records are retained for as long as reasonably necessary for accounting, legal and operational purposes.

5. Guest Rights

Guests may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal information by contacting the relevant branch directly.
